Psychic will disappear whenever FairFight does something, and will soon recover. Check the log file for FF SS attempts.
Start the game on the home screen, and then use windowed or no field mode and enter after that. And close the injector before entering the MP.
I tested this great cheat on Windows 10 Pro 1909.

You need to install the DirectX 9.0 c End User Runtime and vc_redist.x64.exe to use the hack.
I average about 100 frames per second (the maximum data is DX11 1680x1050), and the frame rate per second of overlay is usually in excess of 100 all the time. It's an overlay, so both DX11/DX12 should work.
You will need a working injector
