Install Cheat Engine
Run RDR2 in borderless windowed mode and load into the game

Use hot keys to switch cheats {only use hotkeys IN GAME}
Click the fields to change the hotkey
The close menu will also close the cheat engine.
Exiting the menu will close the cheat engine.
IF the menu CLOSES, you will have to restart RDR2 and CheatEngine to activate the menu.
AGAIN you must start BOTH RDR2 and Cheat Engine to reactivate the table.
